RAINSVILLE, Ala. – The Rainsville City Council convened at their new time of 4:15 pm (workshop) and 5:00 pm (regular meeting) at the Rainsville City Annex.

Citizen Sonjia Pittman and Debbie Garner addressed the council during the work session. The city voted to hire Tyler Perea as a new patrolman, and also moved to open a job for Assistant Fire Chief. Bids were also opened and accepted for renovations to the pool house and pest control for the city.
