FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Monday, September 18 – Thursday, September 21.
MONDAY, September 18
- Reported Incidents (9/18)
- Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1214 Fisher Road NE, a storage unit lock was damaged, valued at $25.00
- Reported Arrests (9/18)
- David Absalom Bing, age 28 of Atalla, was arrested for Possession of Synthetic Narcotics and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 2:02 pm
- Jacklyn Carann Burns, age 26 of Attalla, was arrested for Possession of Synthetic Narcotics, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Prescription Drugs at 2:02 pm
- Jeffery Lee Craig, age 47 of Sylvania, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 5:02 pm
- Rodriqueaz Lavonte Thompson, age 21 of Piedmont, was arrested on Two Warrants for Outside Agency at 6:01 pm
- A 16 year old juvenile female of Rainsville, was arrested for Underage Possession of Alcohol at 5:45 pm

- A 14 year old juvenile male of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct at 7:23 pm
- Katherine Ann Mashburn, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 91 Days at 7:45 pm
- Timothy Scott McKeehan, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 8:37 pm

- Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 1304 Lincoln Ave SE, a trunk on a 1989 Chevrolet Caprice was damaged, valued at $300.00

- David Lee Gaddison, age 41 of Collinsville, was arrested on Two Warrants for Outside Agency at 10:57 am
- A 15 year old juvenile male of Fort Payne was arrested for Theft of Property at 3:49 pm

- Delayed Accident Report- Occurred at I 59 222 exit ramp, a bumper on a 2016 Nissan Altima was damaged, valued at $1000.00
- Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a Bissell Steamer, Rubbermaid tote, Symphony Pad, a slow cooker, and cutlery were taken, valued at $386.85

- Joshua Dakota Thompson, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 1:54 am
- Kelly Eugene Tatum, age 44 of Hodges, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 2:37 pm
- Lacy Shea Holland, age 27 of Collinsville, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Theft of Property and Public Intoxication at 4:41 pm
- Mistin Skie McGill, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 5:08 pm
- Samantha Gail Hill, age 26 of Grant, was arrested on Two Warrants for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:49 pm

- An accident occurred at I-59 mile marker 221, Joshua Drue Morgan, age 32 of Rising Fawn, driving a 2015 GMC Sierra, struck Patricia Ann Sprague, age 64 of Mentone, driving a 2011 Ford F150. Morgan, Sprague and John J Sprague age 58 of Mentone were transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
- An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd and Briarwood Ave, Bobby Gene Trotman, age 75 of Henagar, driving a 2001 Chevrolet Equinox, struck Amy Leann Crane, age 28 of Gaylesville, driving a 2008 Mitsubishi which caused the Equinox to overturn. Bobby Gene Trotman, Robert Walter Trotman, age 72 of Henagar, and Crane were transported to DeKalb Regional by DeKalb Ambulance Service.
