Parole Denied for Neelley

DEKALB COUNTY, Ala. — Convicted murderer Judith Ann Neelley was denied a chance at parole at her scheduled hearing on Wednesday morning.

Neelley had previously been convicted for the rape and murder of Lisa Ann Millican in 1982. After being sentenced to death by Judge Randall Cole, Gov. Fob James commuted her death sentence at the end of his second term in 1999.
