Possession of illegal controlled substances is both a federal and state crime, with the introduction of medical marijuana being legal, ( and with many companies able to distribute dispensary supplies) within some states within the United States some people might believe that the drugs laws within the US are becoming laxed, however, this is not the case. If the use of medical marijuana is legal in your state, then there shouldn't be any issues in using this to treat your ailments. Considering you can buy edibles online now, this is available to many patients who require the use of medical marijuana. But if it is not legal where you live, taking the risk and using/selling it is not worth it. If you find yourself in being charged with drug possession it important that you know the different laws on possession, it would also be a good idea to find someone like this philadelphia criminal lawyer who might be able to help you with information on and drug possession as help you with your case.

All remain in custody except Whitehead who was released on $600 bond.
