DEKALB COUNTY, Ala. — According to the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office: On September 22, 2017, Brian Dwight Manning, 39 of Fyffe, was arrested on warrants and charged with three counts of possession of child pornography.

After investigators presented this case to the grand jury, Manning was charged with 32 counts of child pornography and was arrested. He has made bond.
