Bryant man arrested after search by Jackson Co. deputies

BRYANT, Ala. — According to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office: On April 1, 2018, members of the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit and Patrol Deputies executed a search warrant at a residence on County Road 89 in Bryant, Alabama.

During the search of the residence Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia, Alprazolam and Clonazepam were located and seized.  As a result of this investigation Jarrett Landon Smith, age 34 of Bryant was arrested and charged with two counts of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substances, Possession of Marijuana 2nd degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Smith was booked into the Jackson County Jail and later released on $10,600 Bond.
