- Theft of Property – Occurred at 106 45th Street NE, A Kenwood TK-2180 radio was taken, valued at $300.00.
- Theft of Property – Occurred at 825 Railroad Ave SE A utility trailer tire was taken, valued at $150.00.

- Gerald Delaney Jones, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear at 1:28 pm.
- Rogelio Perez Avalos, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for stalking at 2:22 pm.
- Gary Wayne Bevel, age 47 of Dawson, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:10 pm.
- Jan Eric Nerud, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 11:29 pm.
- Richard Charles Arredondo, age 41 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 11:48 pm.

- Theft by Deception – Occurred at 1012 Gault Ave N. $100.00 were paid for items stolen.
- Criminal Mischief and Theft of Property – Occurred at 1806 Wallace Ave NE. An electric recliner was damaged and $100.00 in currency was taken, valued at $300.00.
- Duty upon Striking Fixtures on a Highway – Occurred at 300 Beason Gap Road NE. A street sign and post were damaged, valued at $50.00
- Burglary – Occurred at 158 8th Street NE Apt 113, $100.00 in currency was taken.

- Amy Michelle Stiefel, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession with Intent to Sell/Distribute Amphetamine at 3:53 pm
- Whitney Lashelle Blevins, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested for possession with intent to sell/distribute amphetamine, possession of controlled substance, possession of synthetic narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia at 3:53 pm.

- An accident occurred at Greenhill Blvd and Airport Road NW, William Clayton Garner, age 18 of Pisgah, driving a 1998 Chevrolet C15 left the roadway and struck a pole. Garner was transported to Highlands Medical Center by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
