FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Friday, Oct. 13 – Sunday, Oct. 15.
FRIDAY, October 13
- Reported Incidents (10/13)
- Duty Upon Striking an Unoccupied Vehicle – a fender on a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado was damaged, valued unknown
- Reported Arrests (10/13)
- Leonardo Pascual Cruz, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 2:48 am
- Tammy Clayton Chisenhall, age 55 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:18 am
- Bradley Dakota Bell, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Charges of Harassment at 11:03 am
- Tony Lynn Hitson, age 50 of Henagar, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 3:13 pm

SATURDAY, October 14
- Reported Incidents (10/14)
- Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 104 15th Street SW, a quarter panel on a 2000 Nissan Maxima was damaged, valued at $400.00
- Reported Arrests (10/14)
- Daniel Paul Chapman, age 54 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication at 3:23 am
- Miranda Gail McKerley, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Domestic Violence at 7:57 pm
- Reported Accidents (10/14)
- An accident occurred at Wallace Ave NE and Pumpkin Center Drive NE, Ernest Kenneth Kulp, age 82 of Cedartown, Ga, driving a 1999 Dodge Caravan, struck Brittany Craig Kuhn, age 43 of Fort Payne, driving a 2017 Subaru Forester. Passenger Blanche R Kulp, age 83 of Cedartown, was transported to DeKalb Regional by DeKalb Ambulance Service.
SUNDAY, October 15
- Reported Incidents (10/15)
- Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 3802 Gault Ave N, a door panel and trim were damaged on a 2009 Ford Flex Limited, valued at $2000.00
- Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 2311 Chisenhall Road W, a hinge on a storage door was damaged, valued at $10.00
- Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1505 Godfrey Ave NE, a front door was damaged, valued at $100.00
- Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 3018 Greenhill Blvd NW, seven metal lock slides and a metal roll up door were damaged, valued at $1191.00
