FORT PAYNE, Ala. — Fort Payne Police Chief Randy Bynum Stated: On February 22nd Drug Task Force Agent Tony Dorsett and other Dekalb County Drug Task Force Agents, went to serve Two Felony Warrants for Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance at the home of Annetta Detrice Dennis, age 36 of Fort Payne.
While on scene the investigation revealed more Methamphetamine, Spice and several items of Drug Paraphernalia. Dennis was arrested and charged with the two felony warrants, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Synthetic Narcotics (Spice), Illegal Possession of Prescription Drug (Valium), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
This arrest came after an extensive investigation by the Dekalb County Drug Task Force. Dennis was transferred to Dekalb County Jail for bond.
