MONDAY, September 4

  • Criminal Trespass – Occurred at 917 Godfrey Ave SE, a sheet rock wall was damaged, valued at $250.00
  • Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 202 Greenhill Blvd NW, a bumper assembly on a 2006 Toyota Scion was damaged, valued at $1500.00
• Reported Arrests (9/4)
  • Joy Lynne Phillips, age 53 of Ocean Springs, MS, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 11:06 pm

  • 1 Accident with 0 Injuries

TUESDAY, September 5

  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, two bottles of paint were taken, valued at $1.77
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 2014 Gault Ave S, a I Phone 6S was taken, valued at $800.00
  • Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 1109 Houston Loop Road W, charges of $1005.00 were made without authorization
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a Timex watch, Dual watch, analog watch, flashlight, knife sharpener and Drano were taken, valued at $77.19
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, several miscellaneous items were taken, valued at $268.13

  • Jonathan Wade Robinson, age 31 of Sylvania, was arrested for Theft of Property at 2:06 pm
  • Anthony Jason Littles, age 42 of Fyffe, was arrested for Theft of Property at 5:16 pm
  • Jennifer Leann Hammon, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 6:54 pm
  • Michael Jerome Keele, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Menacing at 8:45 pm
  • Tyler Rondell Wellington, age 23 of Fyffe, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 9:33 pm

  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, chicken finger plate, sauces, cheese sticks and a Dr. Pepper were taken, valued at $8.57
  • Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 1906 Glenn Blvd SW, a bumper on a 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe was damaged, valued at $500.00
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 4915 Martin Ave NE Apt C-2, a window was damaged, valued at $100.00
