Title: Press Release - Arrest
Chief David Davis states in March, an investigation started that led to the arrest on Thursday, April 14 of Carey Lynn Joseph Koss, age 38 of Fort Payne. Koss is charged with Sexual Abuse of a Child less than 12 years old. He was also charged with two counts of Domestic Violence unrelated to this investigation. Koss was transferred to the Dekalb County Detention Center. Chief Davis would like to thank the quick response of the Fort Payne Detective Division in arresting this suspect. This case remains under investigation.
