  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 4103 Gault Ave S, a 1998 Toyota Camry was taken, valued at $500.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, two Levi jeans, four Haynes t-shirts, and sandals were taken, valued at $90.29
  • Change Bills Circulating – Occurred at 300 Grand Ave SW, a $100.00 bill was counterfeit

  • Phillip Paul Miller, Jr., age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for DUI at 1:28 am
  • Darrell Anthony Bouldin, age 38 of Fyffe, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 10:52 am
  • Karen Michelle Combs, age 43 of Pisgah, was arrested on Five Warrants for Failure to Appear at 2:00 pm
  • Tammy Lynette Pendergrass, age 54 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 4:02 pm
  • Stanley Scott Hawkins, age 45 of Henagar, was arrested for Driving under the Influence of Combined Substances, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 7:15 pm

  • An accident occurred at the intersection of Glenn Blvd SW and Briarwood Ave SW, Samantha Delany Brooke Key, age 20 of Rainsville, driving a 2004 Toyota Solara struck Jeffery Lane Maddox, age 60 of Boaz, riding a 2004 Yamaha Royal Star. Maddox and passenger Gwendolyn Kay Maddox also of Boaz were transported to Marshall Medical Center South by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
