“I thought our players played very physical and tough. This is what we asked of them this week and they delivered” stated Fort Payne Head Coach Chris Elmore. “After getting ahead 21-0 at the half, we did not play as well in the third quarter, but we responded by having a very productive fourth quarter to secure the win.”

Hunter Love ran for 163 yards and two touchdowns. Cam Thomas had 88 yards and one touchdown. J.D Blalock had 59 passing yards and one touchdown.

The Fort Payne wildcats will host the Springville Tigers on Friday.
