DeKALB COUNTY, Ala. — According to an order by the Supreme Court of Alabama, all court hearings and trials, with limited exceptions, will be suspended until Thursday, April 16 due to COVID-19.

This order applies to all courts, including appellate, circuit, district, juvenile, probate, and municipal.

"We are still working on your cases and will strive to get them adjudicated in the most efficient manner possible," said DeKalb County Circuit Judge Shaunathan Bell. "Stay in contact with your attorney regarding the status of your individual case. God Bless you all."
