Two Arrested for Meth in Fort Payne

FORT PAYNE, Ala. — According to Fort Payne Police Chief Randy Bynum: At 12:50am on March 28, a traffic stop on Airport Road led to the arrest of two individuals for trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The subjects were identified as Eusebio Billy Duane Sanchez, 34 of Fort Payne and Adam Steven Ross, 35 of Inglis, Fla.

The amount of methamphetamine seized raised the charges of Possession of Methamphetamine to Trafficking. These two arrests resulted from a moving traffic violation that was activated by patrol officer Zac Priest. The drugs seized were turned over to DeKalb County Drug Task Force Agent Veal, stated Chief Bynum.
