Monday, August 29th    

Reported Incidents:

  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 23 Stewart Court Circle SE Apt 241, a check for $74.40 was written without authorization
  • Delayed Accident Report – Occurred at Clark Ave NE, a 2008 Ford 1500 pickup was damaged, valued at $1500.00
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1301 Alabama Ave, a front grill assembly on a 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe was damaged, valued at $499.00

Arrests Reported:

  • Bobby Jack Payne, age 26 of Sylvania, was arrested on a Warrant for Public Intoxication at 7:39 am
  • Amanda Brooke Trammell, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Possession of Marijuana at 8:11 am
  • Brandon Everett Phillips, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Criminal Mischief at 2:47 pm

Tuesday August 30th             

Reported Incidents:

  • Duty upon Striking a Fixture upon a Highway – Occurred at 651 Wallace Ave NE, a stop sign and post were damaged, valued at $50.00
  • Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 2000 Gault Ave N, a bumper on a 2000 Nissan Quest was damaged, valued at $300.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 303 18th Street NE, a debit card, ID card, birth certificate and clothing were taken, valued at $500.00
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 207 8th Street NE, a Master lock was damaged, valued at $30.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a speaker and ear phones were taken, valued at $54.82

Reported Arrests: 

  • A 17 year old juvenile male from Flat Rock was arrested for Theft of Property at 10:02 pm

Incidents

  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 4910 Martin Ave NE, earbuds were taken, valued at $50.00
  • Theft of Services – Occurred at 153 11th Street NE, $50.00 of electricity was used
  • Duty upon Striking an Unoccupied Vehicle – Occurred at 219 Gault Ave S, a headlight and bumper on a 1999 Toyota Camry were damaged, valued at $100.00

Reported Arrests:

  • Geneva Lois Olmsted, age 28 of Valley Head, was arrested for DUI and Attempting to Elude at 2:30 am
  • Milton Labron Hulsey, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:25 pm

1 Accident with 1 Injury Reported:

  • An accident with injuries occurred at Greenhill Blvd NW and Wooten Gap Road NW, Manda Faye Campbell, age 62 of Valley Head, driving a 2006 Chevrolet Malibu, struck Angel Ignacio Hernandez, age 31 of Valley Head, driving a 1996 Nissan Sentra. Campbell was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 300 18th Street NE, a fender on a 1995 Dodge Ram was damaged, valued at $100.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 2106 Dean Road NE, an Old Town 14.5’ canoe was taken, valued at $400.00
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 700 Beason Gap Road NE, a screen on a window was damaged, valued at $20.00

Reported Arrests

  • Joseph Louis Margocs, age 39 of Mentone, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 11:51 am
  • Alton Scott Durham, age 39 of Ider, was arrested for Discharging Firearm into an Unoccupied Dwelling and Harassment at 4:18 pm
  • Johnathan Daniel Foster, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Public Lewdness at 7:06 pm
  • Brandi Wagner Werno, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 7:21 pm
  • Michael Walter Fairris, age 30 of Henagar, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 7:15 pm
  • Eric Lee Walker, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 10:50 pm
