FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Friday, September 8 – Sunday, September 10.

FRIDAY, September 8

  • Reported Incidents (9/8)
    • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, soap, body spray, and a phone charger were taken, valued at $21.93
    • Theft of Property – Occurred at 12 Stewart Court Circle Apt 232, a debit card and $140.00 in currency were taken
  • Reported Arrests (9/8)
    • Adam Lee Cox, age 37 of Arab, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:34 am
    • Austin Ray Hallmark, age 20 of Fyffe, was arrested for Theft of Property at 1:48 pm
    • Sebastian Pedro Juan, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 11:21 pm

    • 4 Accidents reported with 0 Injuries

SATURDAY, September 9 

  • Reported Incidents (9/9)
    • Theft of Property – Occurred at 300 Sequoyah Dr NE Lot 94, a Frigidaire washer and a Kenwood amp were taken, valued at $660.00
  • Reported Arrests (9/9)
    • Nathan Randall Wells, age 34 of Meridianville, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 3:15 pm.
    • Clifton Blake Peppers, age 33 of New Market, was arrested for Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance, Trafficking of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 3:08 am
    • Annabel McAnelly, age 52 of Rainsville, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Combined Substance at 1:03 pm
    • Jeffery Delane Watts, age 44 of Valley Head, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 5:17 pm

SUNDAY, September 10 

  • Reported Incidents (9/10)
    • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, assorted items of merchandise were taken, valued at $216.89
    • Theft of Property – Occurred at 1303 Gault Ave N, two packs of gum and a bag of skittles were taken, valued at $6.28
    • Theft of Property – Occurred at 700 Tyler Ave SW, a John Deere push mower was taken, valued at $399.00

    • Julia Michelle McKerley, age 51 of Rainsville, was arrested for Theft of Property and Possession of Prescription Drugs at 10:55 pm
