FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Friday, May 5 – Sunday, May 7.

FRIDAY, May 5

• Reported Incidents (5/5)
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, miscellaneous merchandise was taken, valued at $407.41
• Reported Arrests (5/5)
  • Aimee Micheal Cantu, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Charges of Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card at 1:09 pm
  • Jeffery James Daniel Blalock, age 22 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Warrant for Criminal Trespass at 2:26 pm
  • Christopher Adam Berry, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Three Warrants for Expired Tad, Two Warrants for Driving while License Suspended and a Warrant for Insurance Violation at 9:58 pm.

SATURDAY, May 6

• Reported Incidents (5/6)
  • Duty upon Striking an Unoccupied Vehicle – Occurred at 1101 Alabama Ave NW, a bumper on a 2013 Toyota Tacoma was damaged, valued at $500.00
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 104 14th Street NW, paint on a 2011 Ford Fiesta was damaged, valued at $400.00

  • David Eugene Hairston, age 42 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Five Warrants for Failure to Appear at 7:55 am
  • Mary Ann Anderson, age 47 of Dawson, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 11:35 am
  • Danny Lamar Currie, age 41 of Pisgah, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 12:40 pm
  • Danny Ryan Albright, age 29 of Rainsville, was arrested on Three Warrants for Driving while License Suspended, Insurance Violation and Failure to Register Vehicle at 4:44 pm
  • Felix Matias Pablo, age 23 of Valley Head, was arrested on Two Warrants for Driving while Suspended, a Warrant for Outside Agency, a Warrant for Expired Tag and a Revocation Warrant at 7:44 pm
  • Vincente T Beltran, age 32 of Oneonta, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Carrying a Pistol without a Permit, at 10:05 pm
  • Billy Bartholomew Dupree, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substance, Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:01 pm
  • Timothy Daniel Phillips, age 36 of Pisgah, was arrested for Resisting Arrest, Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct at 11:02 pm
• Reported Accidents (5/6)
  • An accident occurred at Wallace Ave NE and DeSoto Pkwy NE, Thomas Chapman Pearce, age 66 of Center Point, driving a 2009 Chevrolet Impala, stuck Carol Baker Brooks, age 54 of Fort Payne, driving a 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe. Mary Walker Pearce, age 63 of Center Point, was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
