FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Friday, December 9– Sunday, December 11.

FRIDAY, December 9

• Reported Incidents (12/9)
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1202 Godfrey Ave SE, a storm door was damaged, valued at $150.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a blanket, body pillow, bed sheets and a Beauty Rest mattress were taken, valued at $233.59
  • Forgery – Occurred at 1221 Scenic Road E, a check was cashed without authorization, valued at $400.00

  • Tracy Allen Bray, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Appearing in Pubic under the Influence at 3:23 pm
  • Elias Roblero, age 43 of Albertville, was arrested for DUI at 10:16 pm

  • Amy Michelle Stiefel, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, Using False Identity to Obstruct Justice, Receiving Stolen Property and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 6:02 am
  • Jamie Christine Watts, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Two Charges of Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Public Intoxication at 1:14 pm
  • Sabrina Lynn Wright, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 3:37 pm
  • Devin Charles Johnson, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 3:37 pm
  • Nicholas Wilson Esloon, age 33 of Henagar, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 8:49 pm

  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 1911 Gault Ave S, a 1991 Ford Ranger was taken, valued at $1500.00

  • An accident occurred at I-59 and Greenhill Blvd NW, George William Mink, age 26 of Hoover, driving a 2009 Mitsubishi, struck Carlos Ovidio Lima, age 42 of Chimultenango, driving a 2002 International Harvester Hauler. Mr. Mink was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
