RAINSVILLE, Ala. — At tonight's meeting of the Rainsville Zoning Board, Katina Blanchett (Director) and Jordanna Rowley (Co-Director) presented their case for "My Father's House," a unique ministry to be located in Rainsville for women who are rebuilding their lives after drug addiction.
