FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Monday, April 17 – Thursday, April 20.

MONDAY, April 17

  • Reported Incidents (4/17)
    • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, safety glasses, a fishing lure and shampoo were taken, valued at $ 16.22
    • Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card – 100 Alabama Ave NW, $7945.09 of charges were made without authorization
    • Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Occurred at 1906 Glenn Blvd SW, a front bumper, mirror and rear bumper on a 2011 Nissan Maxima were damaged, valued at $350.00
  • Reported Arrests (4/17)
    • Timothy Paul Roberson, age 40 of Ooltewah, TN, was arrested for Theft of Property at 1:37 pm

TUESDAY, April 18

  • Reported Incidents (4/18)
    • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1616 Clark Ave NE, paint on a 1968 Chevrolet Nova and a 24” Samsung TV were damaged, valued at $2200.00
  • Reported Arrests (4/18)
    • Christopher Lynn Perryman, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence and Appearing in Public under the Influence at 9:08 pm

    • Geoffery Marvin Andrew Fortin, age 24 of Henagar, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 10:40 am
    • Waco Byron Kean, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving under the Influence of Combines Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Carrying a Concealed Weapon without a Permit at 11:35 am
    • Justin Wayne Busby, age 26 of Collinsville, was arrested on two warrants for Failure to Appear at 1:30 pm

THURSDAY, April 20

  • Reported Incidents (4/20)
    • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, five shirts, four shorts and 4 bins with lids were taken, valued at $130.00
    • Theft of Property – Occurred at 465 Dugout Valley Road W, a 1995 Ford F150 was taken, valued at $5000.00
    • Burglary – Occurred at 3018 Gault Ave S, a Gibson guitar, a Esteban guitar, a guitar amp, Sony piano, stereo system, six stools, a rolling tool box with tools and a set of collectable dishes were taken, valued at $2290.00
    • Unauthorized use of a Vehicle and Fraudulent use of Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 158 8th Street NE Apt 208, a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe was taken and $2623.20 was charged without authorization, valued at $16623.20
    • Theft of Property – Occurred at 100 Dekalb Plaza Blvd SW, pruning shears and two knives were taken, valued at $37.98

    • Ashley Dawn Harris, age 27 of Crossville, was arrested for Theft of Property, Attempting to Elude, Resisting Arrest and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 4:28 pm
