FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Monday, April 10 – Thursday, April 13.

MONDAY, April 10

• Reported Incidents (4/10)
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 200 Grand Ave NW, a brick wall was damaged, valued at $100.00
  • Forgery – Occurred at 202 Greenhill Blvd NW, a check in the amount of $84.87 was forged
  • Theft of Lost Property – Occurred at 4414 Gault Ave N, a ladies wallet with id and $180.00 in currency was taken
• Reported Arrests (4/10)
  • Breanna Lynn Cagle, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 8:46 am
  • Cameron Chase Swearingen, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested for using False Identity to Obstruct Justice at 9:00 am
  • Jeffery O’neal Sharp, age 40 of Henagar, was arrested for DUI at 11:22 pm

TUESDAY, April 11

  • Zebadiah Adam Smith, age 35 of Weaver, was arrested on Two Charges of Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 12:33 am
  • Andres Tomas, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 4:33 am
  • A 17 year old juvenile male of Fyffe was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 11:01 am
  • Jonathon Gary Odom, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Controlled Substance at 3:45 pm
• Reported Accidents (4/11)
  • An accident occurred at Gault Ave N and 35th Street NW, Keosha Wagner, age 21 of Fort Payne driving a 2007 Chevrolet Traverse struck Henry Dwayne Chambers, age 52 of Rainsville, driving a 2002 Chevrolet CSE. Wagner was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

WEDNESDAY, April 12

• Reported Incidents (4/12)
  • Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 106 45th Street NW, a Yeti cooler, rwo ratchet straps, a plastic tote and miscellaneous hunting clothing were taken, valued at $523.00
• Reported Arrests (4/12)
  • Jessica Ashley Brewer, age 20 of Chattanooga, was arrested on a Warrant for Theft of Property at 4:31 pm
  • David Wayne Evans, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:32 pm
• Reported Accidents (4/12)
  • An accident occurred at Gault Ave NW, Ignaticio G Ortiz, age 39 of Fort Payne, driving a 2008 Chrysler Sebring struck Sandra Jean Scott, age 41 of Fort Payne, driving a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze. Scott was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

THURSDAY, April 13
