DALLAS, Texas — Valley Head Senior, Justin Blansit played in the Blue-Grey All-American Bowl on December 22, 2016.  The game was held at the Dallas Cowboy AT&T Stadium.

The Blue-Grey Football All American Bowl was established in 1989 to help prep prospects from all over the country receive the national exposure needed to secure scholarships to colleges.  The purpose of the Bowl was to help players receive scholarships to Division 1, Level II, III or IV, NAIA or Junior Colleges.

The Blue-Grey All American Bowl is an exclusive, invite-only game. The game aired on Impact Football Network on December 22, 2016 at 4 p.m.

The 5’11”, 273 pound Blansit, played on the offensive line. He was one of seven who will represent Alabama at the All-American Bowl.

Southern Torch was proud to cover Justin throughout his journey with the Valley Head Tigers and we are excited for him for this achievement.

Congratulations, Justin!
