FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Monday, October 16 – Thursday, October 19.

MONDAY, October 16

  • Reported Incidents (10/16)
    • Theft of Services – Occurred at 1114 Glenn Blvd SW, a meal was not paid for, valued at $6.53
  • Reported Arrests (10/16)
    • Stephanie Joeann Moore, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 11:17 am
    • Justin Grant Gentry, age 28 of Summerville, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 9:33 pm
    • Adrienne Noell Tucker, age 33 of Gaylesville, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 9:53 pm

TUESDAY, October 17

  • Reported Incidents (10/17)
    • Damaged Property – Occurred at 2004 Godfrey Ave NE, a freezer was damaged, valued at $500.00
    • Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Occurred at 226 Gault Ave N, a rear corner on a 2011 Nissan Rogue was damaged, valued at $5000.00
    • Theft of Property – Occurred at 501 Gault Ave N, three candy bars were taken, valued at $5.97

    • Phillip Dale Prewett, age 56 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Attempting to Elude at 1:01 am
    • Lisa Ann Holcomb, age 49 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Assault and Harassment at 10:50 am
    • Howard Richard Blackwell, age 50 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 1: 56 pm
    • James Oakley Ray Justice, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 3:07 pm

    • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, two steaks and hot sauce were taken, valued at $40.00
    • Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 509 16th Street NE, a Kenwood stereo, 10” speaker and a Craftsman chainsaw were taken, valued at $360.00
    • Theft of Property – Occurred at 1808 Godfrey Ave NE, a PlayStation 4 and stereo system were taken, valued at $450.00

    • Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 203 13th Street NW Apt 43, a fender on a 1998 Chevrolet Malibu was damaged, valued at $800.00
    • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, assorted makeup was taken, valued at $49.91
