  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 709 Alabama Ave NW, glass panes on a door were damaged, valued at $100.00
  • Civil Dispute – Occurred at 906 Gault Ave N, various clothing and kitchen utensils were damaged, valued at $1000.00

  • Anthony Roy Townson, age 60 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Criminal Trespass at 9:17 am

  • Burglary – Occurred at 2007 Sanders Ave NW Apt 133, a diamond ring, a gallon of milk and prescription medication were taken, valued at $303.99

  • Civil Dispute – Occurred at 202 18th Street SW, a dispute occurred over a 1990 Lincoln Town car, valued at $5000.00
