  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 1051 Gault Ave S, a 2005 Ford F350 was taken, valued at $20000.00
• Reported Arrests (5/29)
  • James Darrell Pence, age 49 of Woodville, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Controlled Substance and Two Warrants for Outside Agency at 3:27 pm
  • Skye Destin Bell, age 20 of Rainsville, was arrested on Six Warrants at 9:19 pm

  • Jimmy Dale Atchley, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Fugitive from Justice at 5:16 am
  • Deondra Lajuan Walker, age 22 of Birmingham, was arrested on Two Warrants for Harassment and Criminal Mischief at 3:24 pm
  • Theodore Levon Allen, age 63 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI and Possession of Prescriptions Drugs at 5:26 pm
  • Hannah Maria Hernandez, age 24 of Rainsville, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 7:03 pm
  • Jaime Fonseca Gutierrez, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 9:03 pm
  • Christopher William House, age 22 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested on a Warrant for Carrying a Concealed Weapon at 9:20 pm
