  • Ricky Darrell Traylor, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 12:08 am
  • Mary Ann Mavoureen Kelley, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Giving False Identification to Law Enforcement, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance at 1:18 pm
  • Timothy Shane Marona, age 40 of Pisgah, was arrested for Hindering Prosecution at 1:18 pm
  • Heather Nicole Sanchez, age 31 of Birmingham, was arrested for DUI and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 3:17 pm
  • Giovanni Hernandez Sanchez, age 27 of Birmingham, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 3:39 am
  • Dillon John Finch, age 24 of Sylvania, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:21 am
  • Kaley Haven Smith, age 23 of Anniston, was arrested for Public Intoxication at12:48 pm
  • Kristal Lynn Elam, age 23 of Anniston, was arrested for Driving under the Influence of Any Substance and Possession of Prescription Drugs at 12:42 pm
  • Shannon Lee Spears, age 41 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Six Warrants for Failure to Appear at 4:54 pm
  • Robert Eric Warfield, age 51 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance at 6:55 pm

  • Unlawful breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 200 45th Street NE, a Pioneer CD player and a Kenwood speaker were taken, valued at $115.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a Bluetooth speaker and two headphones were taken, valued at $26.75
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 3903 Williams Ave NE Lot 6, $2500.00 in currency was taken

  • David Franklin Neal, age 53 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana at 10:00 pm
  • Tammy Caprice Jones, age 44 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 10:13 pm
  • Macy Jane Haney, age 20 of Centre, was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol and Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs at 9:42 pm

  • 2 Accidents with 1 Injury:An accident occurred at Wallace Ave NE and Desoto Pkwy NE, Daniel Gilbert Nelson, age57 of Cleveland, TN, driving a 2003 Honda Pilot, failed to yield and struck Joseph Paul Jones IV, age 35 ofAlbertville, driving a 2017 Kenworth. The Gilbert vehicle then struck Monika Denise Gentry, age 27 of Fort Payne, driving a 2015 Toyota Corolla. Cynthia D Nelson, age 53 of Cleveland, TN, was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

  • Edwin Correa, age 53 of Rainsville, was arrested on Two Warrants for Driving while Revoked and Seatbelt Violation at 9:28 pm

  • 2 Accidents with 1 Injury:An accident occurred at Interstate 59 and Greenhill Blvd NW, Billy Kenneth Lackey, age69 of Fort Payne, driving a 2005 Dodge Ram struck Melissa Diane Jackson, age 43 of  Flat Rock, driving a 2012 Nissan Sentra. Jackson was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
