FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Friday, June 2 – Sunday, June 4.

FRIDAY, June 2

• Reported Incidents (6/2)
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 3812 Landon Lane NW, a mailbox was damaged, valued at $100.00
• Reported Arrests (6/2)
  • Victor Bernard Lyles, Jr., age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 11:27 am
  • Carole Faye Callahan, age 44 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 3:35 pm
  • Rita Faye Faulkner, age 67 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Services at 4:27 pm
• Reported Accidents (6/2) 
  • An accident occurred at Gault Ave N and 6th Street NW, Clarence Kelley Jr, age 77 of Collinsville, driving a 2006 Chevrolet Colorado struck Edward Vance Griffith, age 53 of Fort Payne, driving a 2012 Ford LGT, who then struck Jessica Marie Murdo Whitmore, age 38 of Fort Payne, driving a 2003 Toyota Camry. Mr. Kelley was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

SATURDAY, June 3

• Reported Incidents (6/3)
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 2605 Gault Ave N Suite 500, an LED business sign was damaged, valued at $2499.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a belt was taken, valued at $12.00
• Reported Arrests (6/3)
  • Braulio Bosco Pascual, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 8:06 am
  • Derick Nash Farmer, age 20 of Fyffe, was arrested for Theft of Property, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Synthetic Narcotics at 3:10 pm
  • Rhonda Faye Patterson, age 50 of Sylvania, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 3:10 pm
  • Robert Willard Leininger, age 22 of Sylvania, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 3:10 pm

SUNDAY, June 4

  • Damaged Property – Occurred at 403 13th Street NW, a 40 foot section of fence was damaged, valued at $1000.00

  • Antonio Cristobal Lucas, age 29 of Birmingham, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 4:08 am
  • Ethan Wayne Rogers, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 4:39 pm
  • Estrael Felipe Valencia, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 9:53 pm
