FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Friday, July 14 – Sunday, July 16.

FRIDAY, July 14

• Reported Incidents (7/14)
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a 50” Samsung TV was taken, valued at $798.00
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 305 34th Street NE, a windshield on a 2002 GMC Envoy was damaged, valued at $150.00
• Reported Arrests (7/14)
  • Scotty Brian Peek, age 38 of Henagar, was arresting on Two Warrants for Harassing Communications at 10:20 am
  • Austin Lee Lawrence, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Underage Possession/Consumption of Alcohol at 1:48 pm
  • A 17 year old juvenile male of Fort Payne was arrested for Minor in Possession of Alcohol at 1:48 pm
  • Francis Lavonia Morgan, age 46 of Wilmer, Al, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment at 1:20 pm
  • Tommie Jermaine Jones, age 43 of Gadsden, was arrested for Trafficking of Synthetic Narcotics, Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 3:38 pm

SATURDAY, July 15

• Reported Incidents (7/15)
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 3800 Steel Drive SE, paint on a 2012 Nissan Altima was damaged, valued at $2600.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a hammock was taken, valued at $32.27
• Reported Arrests (7/15)
  • Joey Levi McKinlin Johnson, age 25 of Geraldine, was arrested on a Warrant for Public Intoxication at 1:48 pm
  • Richard Lee Hill, age 34 of Centre, was arrested for Theft of Property at 5:34 pm

SUNDAY, June 16

  • Theft of Lost Property – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, a wallet with contents were taken, valued at $50.00
