FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Friday, June 23 – Sunday, June 25.

FRIDAY, June 23

• Reported Incidents (6/23)
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a bottle of Obsession perfume was taken, valued at $23.97
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, several miscellaneous items were taken, valued at $369.06
• Reported Arrests (6/23)
  • Cammie Louise McBride, age 28 of Henagar, was arrested on Two Warrants for Outside Agency at 9:59 am
  • Betty Lee Williams, age 37 of Dutton, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:59 pm
  • Shane Lee Jacobs, age 24 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Harassment at 1:59 pm
  • Susan Lynn Malone, age 68 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 2:38 pm
  • William Tony Walker, Jr, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:00 pm
  • Donna Deanne Daniel, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:00 pm
  • Teddy Wayne Webb, age 49 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested for Theft of Property at 8:18 pm
  • Andrea Nicole Harris, age 33 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested for Theft of Property at 8:18 p

SATURDAY, June 24

  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a case of Bud Light and a bag of ice were taken, valued at $20.75
• Reported Arrests (6/24)
  • Nicholas James Lane, age 22 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 9:58 am
  • Andres Baltazar Andres, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 10:06 pm
• Reported Accidents (6/24)
  • An accident occurred at Wallace Ave and 5th Street NE, Andres Baltazar Andres, age 40 of Fort Payne, driving a 2008 Cadillac Escalade struck a concrete barrier. A four year old juvenile female was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
