FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Friday, Apr. 14 – Sunday, Apr. 16.

FRIDAY, April 14

• Reported Incidents (4/14)
  • Burglary – Occurred at 1200 Clark Ave NE, an Echo leaf blower and a Honda pressure washer were taken, a garage door was damaged, valued at $1300.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 601 Greenhill Blvd NW Apt B204, a purse and contents were taken, valued at $300.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 503 Lincoln Ave SE, two gallons of gasoline and a gas can were taken, valued at $13.30
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 1811 Glenn Blvd SW, Caterpillar boots were taken, valued at $89.99
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 710 1st Street E, a MTD 20” push mower was taken, valued at $149.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 100 Grand Ave SW, an Apple I Phone 7 was taken, valued at $450.00
  • Burglary – Occurred at 1505 Grand Ave SW, a window pane was damaged, valued at $100.00
• Reported Arrests (4/14)
  • Stephane Renee Solis, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:10 pm
  • Michael Walter Fairris, age 30 of Henagar, was arrested for Possession of Prescription Drugs at 9:42 pm
• Reported Accidents (4/14) 
  • 6 Accidents with 2 Injuries
  • An accident occurred at Gault Ave S and 6th Street S, Joyce B Rabinowitz, age 66 of Fort Payne, driving a Toyota  Camry, struck Kayla Ann Marie Henderson, age 26 of Collinsville, driving a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu. Passenger, Angela J Box in the Malibu, age 56 of Rainbow City was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
  • An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Dewyer Ave SW, Bradley Lee Williams, age 21 of Fort Payne, driving a 2003 Kawasaki 250, struck Gregory Scott Nance, age 52 of Fyffe, driving a 2011 Kenworth. Williams was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

SATURDAY, April 15

• Reported Incidents (4/15)
  • Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Occurred at 300 Alabama Ave NW, two utility stop poles were damaged, valued at $1000.00
• Reported Arrests (4/15)
  • William Barkley Harbour, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol at 4:22 am
  • Wade Garrett Fountain, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol at 4:22 am
  • A 17 year old juvenile male of Hueytown was arrested for Reckless Endangerment at 1:31 pm
  • Christie Heather Renee Jones, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:50 pm
• Reported Accidents (4/15)
  • An accident occurred at Greenhill Blvd and Tate Road, David M Phillips, age 66 of Ider, riding a 2007 Yamaha struck Craig Alan Hughes, age 28 of Fort Payne, driving a 2013 Ford Fusion. Phillips was transported to Erlanger Hospital by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
