FRIDAY, March 3

• Reported Incidents (3/3)
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, miscellaneous merchandise was taken, valued at $74.81
  • Delayed Accident Report – Occurred at 4500 Gault Ave N, a hood and front end on a 2005 Saturn Ion was damaged, valued at $1000.00
  • Burglary – Occurred at 1214 Fischer Road NE, a bicycle, 700 movies, a solar panel and a Yaesu ham radio were taken, valued at $5730.00
• Reported Arrests (3/3)
  • Israel Gonzalez Zatarain, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Three Warrants for Outside Agency at 10:21 am
  • Oliver Hall Morgan III, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Attempting To Elude Police, Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest at 8:54 pm

  • Theft of Services – Occurred at 151 8th Street NE, a meal was taken and not paid for, valued at $13.92

  • Oscar Alexander Stiefel, age 37 of Fyffe, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 12:18 am
  • Maximo Soliz Cruz, age 31 of Collinsville, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Giving False Identification to Law Enforcement at 12:42 am
  • Brett Eric Harvey, age 44 of Panama City, FL, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 2:39 am
