Four arrested for possessing Narcotics and Stolen Property

CEDAR BLUFF, Ala. — According to Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver, four people were arrested at a residence on County Road 115 in the Ferrell Community on Tuesday, February 28, 2017.

Cedar Bluff police officers and Cherokee County deputies and investigators recovered a stolen motorcycle and a stolen ATV from the property.  During the investigation, officers discovered illegal drugs at a nearby residence.   Investigators seized methamphetamine, marijuana, spice, and illegal pills.

Erica S. Tyler, 20, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and second degree unlawful possession of marijuana. Justin M. Thompson, 27, and Heather P. Thompson, 29, were both charged with chemical endangerment, three counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and second degree unlawful possession of marijuana. Timothy A. Hall, 29, was charged with second degree receiving stolen property.

All four suspects were transported to the Cherokee County Detention Center, where they await bond.
