FRIDAY, February 3

• Reported Incidents (2/3)
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 1305 Alabama Ave NW Apt 30, an outdoor metal chair was taken, valued at $25.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 304 20th Street NE, a refrigerator, washer and dryer set and a stove were taken, valued at $1000.00

  • Chrissy Lane Willyard, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Reckless Endangerment at 10:37 am
  • Brittany Ann Todd, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child at 10:37 am
  • Deanna Lee Benefield, age 46 of Ider, was arrested for Driving under the Influence of Combined Substance at 7:24 pm
  • Mary Ann Mavoureen Kelley, age 32 of Dutton, was arrested on a Warrant for Driving while Suspended at 11:23 pm

  • Chase Anson Poff, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Prescription Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:37 pm
