FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Monday, December 5 – Thursday, December 8.
MONDAY, DECEMBER 5
- Reported Incidents (12/5)
- Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1359 Old Water Works Road SW, a mailbox was damaged and packages were taken, valued at $129.58
- Burglary – Occurred at 200 35th Street NE, a door locking system and a roll up bay door were damaged, valued at $825.00.
- Burglary – Occurred at 208 35th Street NE, a door was damaged, valued at $150.00
- Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a canvas jacket was taken, valued at $42.94
- Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 1359 Old Water Works Road SW, paint on a 2002 Dodge was damaged, valued at $200.00

- Carsell Wayne Tawbush, age 25 of Crossville, was arrested for Theft of Property at 2:39 pm

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 7
- Reported Incidents (12/7)
- Theft of Property – Occurred at 705 Clark Ave NE, water was being used illegally, valued at $20.00
- Burglary – Occurred at 2203 Desoto Pkwy NE, a lock was damaged, taken were two Orange County Chopper trail bikes, a radio desk, three figurines and plates, seven collectible AM radios, valued at $1200.00
- Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, two Nightowl Security4 cameras, and two Sipder wraps were taken, valued at $285.00

- James Dustin Baker, age 27 of Section, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 3:42 am
- Jaylynn Summer Traylor, age 23 of Fyffe, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Prescription Drugs at 4:00 am
- Eric Shea Lambert, age 37 of Huntsville, was arrested for Theft of Property at 4:36 pm
- Ronald Joe Hollis, age 55 of Crossville, was arrested on a Warrant for Public Intoxication at 6:19 pm
- Charles Edward Sanders, Jr., age 47 of Chattanooga, was arrested for DUI at 6:59 pm
- Cory Anthony Gamez, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 8:30 pm
