  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 813 Sanders Ave NE, Christmas ornaments were taken, valued at $499.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a watch, candy and shoes were taken, valued at $44.14
  • Recovered Stolen Vehicle – Occurred at 1301 Alabama Ave NW Apt 37, a 1997 Buick Skylark was recovered, valued at $2500.00

  • Joshua Dakota Byrum, age 24 of Henagar, was arrested for Theft of Property at 2:03 pm

  • Kimberly Dawn Ballenger, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 1:38 am
  • Makayla Nicole Black, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Entering/Remaining in a Dwelling at 11:44 am
  • Johnny Frank Haynes, age 54 of Crossville, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 12:37 pm
  • Justin Steve Alexander, age 36 of Weaver, was arrested on Three Warrants for Failure to Appear at 3:57 pm
  • Edwin Correa, age 53 of Rainsville, was arrested for DUI, Public Intoxication and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 7:27 pm
