  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, an assortment of merchandise was taken, valued at $184.39

  • Arianne Alexus Stiefel, age 18 of Fyffe, was arrested for Theft of Property and Resisting Arrest at 2:03 pm
  • Amanda Brooke Phillips, age 26 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 4:21 pm
  • Melinda Jean Akins Graham, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Harassment at 7:02 pm
  • Darren Wayne Sharp, age 42 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 9:24 pm

  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, four fishing lures, a wrench set, a Mountain Dew and a corn dog were taken, valued at $15.30
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 1300 Dekalb Plaza Blvd SW, a 6x10 expansion panel was taken, valued at $279.72
  • Failure to Pay for Gasoline – Occurred at 1907 Gault Ave N, $10.00 in gasoline was taken

  • James Roland Chaney, age 49 of Valley Head, was arrested for Theft of Property at 3:21 pm
  • Grant Austin Underwood, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:48 pm

  • Crystal Candy Burt, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 5:01 pm
  • David Eugene Hairston, age 41 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 8:53 pm
  • Manuel Junior Pablo, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 11:09 pm
  • Samantha Rose Drolet, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 11:18 pm

• 2 Accidents Reported with 2 Injuries (9/14)
  • An accident with injuries occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Burt Hill Drive SW, Cory Harrison Dobbins, age 27 of Fort Payne, driving a Toyota Camry struck Hubert Earl Henson, age 65 of Fort Payne, driving a Chevrolet Blazer. Mr. Henson was transported by Dekalb Ambulance Service to Erlanger Medical Center.
  • An accident occurred at Wallace Ave NE and Copperhead Lane NE, Cody Joe Cromer, age 30 of Lyerly, GA, driving a 1999 Mack CH6 log truck left the roadway and went down an embankment.  Mr. Cromer was transported to Floyd Medical Center by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

  • Erick Thomas Cochran, age 33 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 2:38 pm
  • Eric Lee Walker, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 9:39 pm
  • Kelly Renae Dunn, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 10:26
