Schedule of Local Christmas Parades this weekend

RAINSVILLE, Ala– Christmas Parades are a fun way for a town to come together and celebrate the opening of the Christmas season. The towns in DeKalb County will soon be hosting their annual Christmas parades.

"It all comes down to what the people do. Whether it be the marching band or the people building the floats. Santa will be there too. It's all for the kids. Bundle your kids up and bring them out to Main Street. Everyone is invited!" says Tim Eberhart, Executive Director of the Rainsville Chamber of Commerce.

"Our Christmas parade is just one day in the middle of this busy season that brings our community together to experience the spirit of Christmas through children's eyes," says Crossville's Mayor, Tera Fortenberry.
