2015 Boo Bash Costume Winners Announced!

Southern Torch announced today the winners of the 2015 Rainsville Boo Bash costume contest that was held on Halloween night. More than 125 Trick-or-Treaters took part in the contest. Thank you to all who took part and congratulations to our winners!
