FORT PAYNE, Ala. — Fort Payne is home to many notable businesses and industries, and one of those is a family-owned and run cleanup service that has been dedicated to serving the Fort Payne community for over eight years.

PuroClean, a disaster cleanup and restoration service, knows that any unexpected incident of water, fire, and mold can create an unbearably stressful situation in a customer’s life.

Their work surpasses just repairing property damage; also repairing the daily lives of the clients they serve. PuroClean’s coverage area already extended through DeKalb, Cherokee, Jackson, and Marshall counties, and recently expanded to cover yet another area.

“We recently purchased the Etowah county territory, and now provide disaster cleanup services to the greater Gadsden area as well,” said Co-Owner Jerral Ingle.

Co-Owners Jerral and Chrystal Ingle take pride in serving the needs of the Fort Payne Area. While originally from Cherokee County, Jerral grew up in Fort Payne, and is very involved in his community. He’s currently the President of the Fort Payne City Athletics Booster Club and the Fort Payne Pee Wee Football League. He also is a member of the Lion’s Club and the Fort Payne/Gadsden City Chamber of Commerce. Jerral is a leader in his church, where he teaches children's church and attends a monthly Men's Fellowship Breakfast.

Chrystal is originally from Fort Payne and is also involved in the community. She’s currently the director of the church nursery. As PuroClean, the Ingles sponsor several local sports teams. The business is also members of the Chamber of Commerce for both Fort Payne and Gadsden.

As a family-operated business, PuroClean Restoration Services provides 24-hour emergency restoration services in the cities Fort Payne and Gadsden as well as the surrounding counties.

Jerral and Chrystal plan to keep the business in the family, with their son Chazz Ingle, working and supporting the family business several days a week. He has worked with his father in all aspects of fire, mold, and water mitigation since the age of fourteen. Chazz is currently studying at Jacksonville State University, while continuing to work and support the family business several days a week. He is majoring in Marketing and Management.

And since the Fort Payne business is located in the center of these five counties, PuroClean can have a response at any emergency within thirty minutes of a call.

“We just want the citizens of our area to know we are here for them in the event of a disaster. We specialize in water, fire, and mold damage. Residents of our area can contact us directly or request their insurance company contact us,” said Jerral Ingle.
