FORT PAYNE, Ala. — According to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office: On September 14, Deputies took into custody Kenneth Allen Gregory, 53 of Fort Payne. Chief Deputy Edmondson said, “Deputies and Investigators did an outstanding job on being observant in both arrest and thanks to the concerned citizen for calling in tips. We are glad to have Gregory in custody and off the streets.”
